If you’re not loving your Nutra experience, email us at [email protected] within 21 days of receiving your order. This applies to customers in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
To return your product(s), we recommend:
- Using registered post
- Pre-paying postage
- Adding insurance (just to be safe)
Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
Heads up: If you’re returning part of a discounted bundle or set, your refund will reflect the discounted value of the item.
